Shipping Policy for Roohi

Thank you for shopping with Roohi. We are dedicated to getting our high-quality T-shirts into your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new drop or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship within the United States.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your T-shirt's journey directly through the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
4. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Roohi ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. (Note: Express shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes).

International Shipping: Currently, we [do / do not] ship outside the USA.

Note: If shipping internationally, please be aware that the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order.

5. Damages and Lost Packages
Roohi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please contact us immediately at our support email so we can assist you in the claims process with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Roohi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the order.
